Keto Baked Donuts
These Keto Baked Donuts taste great and are a great low-carb alternative to regular donuts. They are great for people on the ketogenic diet because they are made with almond flour and sweetened with erythritol.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup granulated erythritol
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Sugar-free chocolate chips optional, for topping
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Use coconut oil to grease a donut pan
Put erythritol, baking powder, salt, and almond flour in a bowl and mix them together
Vanilla extract, eggs, almond milk, and melted coconut oil should all be added
Mix everything together well
Fill up each donut hole about two thirds of the way to the top with batter
Bake the donuts for 15 to 18 minutes, or until they are golden brown and a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
Cool the donuts for 5 minutes in the pan, then move them to a wire rack to cool all the way down
If you want to add more flavor, you can melt sugar-free chocolate chips and drizzle them over the donuts after they are cool
