Recovery Boost Smoothie
This smoothie is full of healthy nutrients that will help your body recover quickly from a hard workout. When you mix banana, Greek yogurt, berries, and whey protein, you get protein, antioxidants, and healthy carbs that will help you get energy back and repair muscle tissue. Omega-3 fatty acids in chia seeds are good for your joints, and vitamins and minerals are found in spinach. The honey gives it a natural sweetness that makes it tasty and good for you.
Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen berries e

- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop of whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Handful of spinach leaves
- Ice cubes optional
Instructions:
Add the ripe banana, Greek yogurt, frozen berries, honey, almond milk, whey protein powder, chia seeds, and spinach leaves to a blender
If desired, add a few ice cubes for a colder and thicker texture
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no chunks
