Salted Caramel Fudge

With this delicious Salted Caramel Fudge recipe, you can enjoy the perfect mix of chocolate and caramel. This treat is too good to pass up and will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

Instructions:

Put parchment paper around the edges of an 8x8 inch 20x20 cm baking pan, leaving some overhang to make it easy to take off later

Put the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave

Stir the mixture every 30 seconds in the microwave until it is smooth and all melted

Add the vanilla extract and mix well

Spread the chocolate mix out evenly in the baking pan that has been prepared

Put the caramel sauce and sea salt in a different bowl and mix them together

To make a marbled effect, drizzle the caramel mixture over the chocolate fudge in the pan

For a pretty look, swirl the caramel into the fudge with a toothpick or a knife

The fudge should be firm after at least two hours in the fridge

Make sure to put the pan in the fridge

Once the fudge is set, use the extra parchment paper to lift it out of the pan

Make bars or squares out of the fudge
