Quick Italian Chicken Pasta

This Italian chicken pasta dish is quick and easy to make. It only takes 10 minutes. Pasta and Parmesan cheese are mixed with soft chicken, cherry tomatoes, and black olives to make a filling meal.

Ingredients:

  • 200g pasta of your choice
  • 1 chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente

Drain and set aside

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat

Add minced garlic and saut for 1 minute

Add thinly sliced chicken breast to the skillet

Season with salt and pepper

Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes

Add halved cherry tomatoes and sliced black olives to the skillet

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until tomatoes are slightly softened

Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and toss again until cheese is melted and pasta is coated

Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot
