Banana Toffee Tart

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 180C
In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, sea salt, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup
Press the mixture into a tart pan, making sure its evenly spread and compacted
Arrange the sliced bananas over the crust
In a saucepan, combine coconut sugar, coconut oil, coconut cream, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt
Heat over medium-low heat until the mixture thickens and becomes a toffee-like consistency
Pour the toffee mixture over the bananas, spreading it evenly
Bake the tart in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the crust is golden brown
Let the tart cool before slicing and serving
