2 Ingredient Pumpkin Cupcakes
These 2 Ingredient Pumpkin Cupcakes are incredibly easy to make and perfect for a quick fall treat. With just a box of spice cake mix and a can of pumpkin puree, you can whip up a batch of moist and flavorful cupcakes in no time.
Ingredients:
- 1 box of spice cake mix
- 1 can 15 ounces of pumpkin puree
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a cupcake tin with paper liners
In a large mixing bowl, combine the spice cake mix and the can of pumpkin puree
Stir until well combined and the batter is smooth
Spoon the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean
Remove the cupcakes from the oven and allow them to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
Once cooled, you can optionally frost the cupcakes with cream cheese frosting or dust them with powdered sugar
