Slow Cooker Balsamic Glazed Roast Beef
This slow cooker roast beef with balsamic glaze is easy to make and tastes great. Its great for busy weeknights or special occasions. Balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and honey are mixed together to make a tasty glaze that goes well with the tender beef.
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs beef roast
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 onion, sliced
Instructions:
Place beef roast in slow cooker
In a small bowl, mix together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, and red pepper flakes
Pour mixture over beef roast
Add sliced onion on top
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until beef is tender
Once cooked, remove beef from slow cooker and slice thinly
Optional: Strain the cooking liquid and simmer in a saucepan until thickened to create a glaze
Drizzle glaze over sliced beef before serving
