Ultimate Instant Pot Crispy Rosemary Potatoes
The Instant Pot made it easy to cook tasty, crispy potatoes with rosemary. For the perfect texture, I finished them off with a quick broil.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
Clean the baby potatoes and cut them in half
Olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper should be put into the Instant Pot
Cut the potatoes in half and add them to the Instant Pot
Toss the potatoes to coat them with the spices
Fill up the Instant Pot with water
Put the lid on the Instant Pot and set it to high pressure and manual mode
Cook for 4 minutes
After its done, quickly let the pressure out and open the Instant Pot
To make the potatoes even crispier, put them on a baking sheet and broil them in the oven for 5 minutes
Enjoy while hot
