Dump and Bake Meatball Casserole

This meatball casserole recipe is great for a quick and easy dinner during the week. In no time at all, you can make a tasty and filling meal with just a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb frozen meatballs
  • 1 24 oz jar marinara sauce
  • 2 cups uncooked rotini pasta
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil optional

Instructions:

Set the oven to 425F 220C and heat it up

Put frozen meatballs, marinara sauce, uncooked pasta, and water in a large baking dish

Combine well

Put a tight layer of aluminum foil over the dish

Put it in an oven that is already hot for 30 minutes

Spread mozzarella and Parmesan cheese shreds on top after taking off the foil

Put the dish back in the oven and bake it without the lid on for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles

Before serving, you can decorate with chopped fresh basil if you want to
