Berry Blast Smoothie

A delicious and nutritious berry smoothie packed with antioxidants and protein.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Place all the ingredients in a blender

Blend until smooth and creamy

If desired, add ice cubes and blend again for a colder texture

Pour into a glass and enjoy
